Hoosier Burn Camp Ride

Let’s help these kids have fun at camp!

Update on Hoosier Burn Camp Ride for 2021:

The kids want to see motorcycles so we are going to give them motorcycles. This year will be different in a lot of ways: Here are the details:

Wednesday, June 2nd.

We will not have t-shirts, donuts or coffee. You will need to get up early and serve yourself. We will not be collecting registration fees either. If you feel so inclined to make a donation any time between now and the morning of the ride, please give to Firefighter Renee Butts or Scott Stroup or save your pennies to donate the morning of the ride.

We will still need EVERYONE to sign a waiver at Carmel Fire Station 42 between 7am and 8am. Kickstands up at 8:30.
Start from; Station 42 Address: 3610 W 106th St, Carmel, IN 46032 (NOT Station 41)
If writing a check for donation: HBC or HBCR is fine.

We will have an escorted ride as we have done for the last several years. Reminder; please watch for police motorcycles on both your right and left as they transfer for intersection coverage.

We rendezvous with another motorcycle group at Monticello Fire Department at 10am. If you would like to ride directly to Monticello Fire on your own, be there at 10am. You will have a few minutes to stretch your legs and we will leave there by 10:30am to go to Camp Tecumseh.
Monticello Fire Department address: 911 W South St, Monticello, IN 47960

At Camp Tecumseh: We will NOT be able to enter any of the buildings, come in contact with counselors, kids or have lunch there. This means NO restrooms. Plan accordingly.

After the parade, you will be responsible to leave for home on your own. If you have any questions, seek out Scott or Casey Stroup wearing the blue polo shirts.

Please everyone be safe.

We are not doing any pre-registration, but a shout back would be much appreciated so we have a loose headcount. info@hoosierburncampride or sstroup@carmel.in.gov

Thanks to everyone for your support,
Scott and Casey Stroup
